Don't waste your time calling!!!!

I called this store three times just to find out if they had a certain game in stock. The first time I was on hold for 5 min 37 sec according to my cell phone, I hung up and tried again. The second time I was on hold 5 min 11 sec before hanging up. The third time I asked the operator to please not put me on hold and she said :Ma'am I'm the operator I have to put you on hold! Now hold on a second!" She was rude and this was a horrible experience. I was on hold the last time for 2 min 43 sec!! If your in a hurry or have a phone plan that allows a certain number of minutes, you don't want to waste them calling this store!! Because it would be a waste!!
